Hi I'm Dan, a personal trainer based in Bristol with a lifelong passion for health, fitness and sports. I've been dedicated to this path for as long as I can remember, and now I have the privilege of sharing that passion with my amazing clients. I love martial arts, especially kickboxing, in which I have competed. I am still actively training and always striving to learn and improve. In addition to martial arts, I've played and competed in a range of other sports, which has helped me develop a broad skill set and deep knowledge that I apply to my coaching. I have been working as a personal trainer since 2019 and am constantly looking to expand my expertise and improve the services I offer.

I’m not your typical personal trainer. I’m not here to bark orders or force-feed you kale and chicken breast until you hate your life. That’s not sustainable and it’s definitely not how I roll. My approach is all about real life. I believe in balance: working hard, eating healthy nutritious foods, staying active, but also enjoying the things you love, like a juicy burger, some ice cream (they’re both my favourites), or a couple of drinks without feeling guilty. You won’t find any drill-sergeant tactics or starvation diets here. I'm all about helping you build healthy habits, stay consistent, and still have a life. Because what’s the point of getting in shape if you’re miserable the whole time? You can enjoy food, take those well-deserved rest days, and still lose weight, improve your health, boost your confidence, and look damn good doing it. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a lifestyle, one that works, and one you’ll actually enjoy.

 

Let’s be clear: health and fitness isn't just about how you look in the mirror. It’s about feeling bloody amazing in your own skin. It’s about being able to move pain-free, staying injury-resistant, and even running around playing football with your kids without feeling like you’re going to pull a muscle. My methods focus on functional movements that build solid movement patterns, so we can achieve all these things and much more. You won't just look good, you will feel good too!
