Hi im Dan, I am a personal trainer based in Bristol with a passion for health, fitness and sports. I have been passionate about it my whole life and now get to share that passion with all my amazing clients. I love martial arts especially kickboxing in which I have competed. I am still actively training, always learning and improving. Alongside martial arts I have also played in various other sports in which I have gained a vast array of skills and knowledge from and implement into my work. 

I am a down to earth, realistic personal trainer. Not one of these ball bags who is going make you live off kale chips and 10kg of chicken a day for the rest of your life. I'm not a drill sergeant whos going to torture you with burpees all day every day. My philosophy is much different, I believe in a balanced lifestyle where you can enjoy burgers and ice cream (my favourite food). I believe in a balanced lifestyle where you work hard, eat healthy nutritious food, but also take time off and eat foods you enjoy too. What's life where you don't enjoy glorious foods, take a day off and enjoy a drink of two? Bull Sh** is what it is! Let me tell you! You can still enjoy these foods following my balanced approach to health and fitness AND STILL lose weight, improve your health, feel confident and look damn good.

 

I believe there is a lot more to health and fitness than just how you look in front of the mirror. It's about you feeling bloody amazing! Being able to move pain free, injury resistant and play football with your kids. My methodologies use a lot of functional movements to develop good movement patterns so we can achieve all these things and many more. You won't just look good you will feel good too! 

I love helping people, which is why I will invest 100% in each of you. I aim to motivate and empower you to achieve your goals no matter how big or small. I want you to feel comfortable and change your relationship with health and fitness into a positive one where you enjoy it. Whether you want to build muscle and strength, lose fat and tone up, improve your fitness and mental health or just simply live a healthier active lifestyle I can help you on your fitness journey.

 

It doesn't matter if you're 22 or 122 years old, 50 or 150 kilograms. Health and fitness can improve your quality of life! Health and Fitness shouldn’t be ignored it should be embraced! It’s a chance to chase your dreams and be the best version of yourself!
